Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms govern use of daleone.es and online reservation requests made for Da Leone Italian Steakhouse in Fuengirola.

1. About us

This website is operated for Da Leone Italian Steakhouse at P.º Marítimo Rey de España, 63, 29640 Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain.

You can contact us at info@daleone.com or +34 951 44 64 42.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes, including viewing our menu, restaurant information and requesting a table. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.

3. Reservation requests

  • Submitting the online form sends a reservation request. The automatic email confirms that we received the request; it does not by itself guarantee table availability.
  • Your table is confirmed only when Da Leone staff expressly confirm availability by email, telephone or another direct communication.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact, date, time and party-size details.
  • For parties of seven or more, special events or urgent same-day arrangements, please telephone the restaurant.
  • If you need to change or cancel a request, contact us as early as possible. Please quote the name, date and time used for the booking.
  • We may contact you if we need clarification, cannot accommodate the requested time, or need to offer an alternative.

4. Arrival and table arrangements

Please arrive at the confirmed time. If you are delayed, contact us. We may release a table after a reasonable waiting period when we cannot reach you. Seating preferences and special requests are considered but cannot always be guaranteed.

5. Menu, prices and availability

Menu descriptions, prices, ingredients, vintages and availability may change. Images are illustrative. The restaurant’s current in-person menu and information provided by staff take precedence if website information is incomplete or out of date.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements

Please tell restaurant staff about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Although we take reasonable care, food is prepared in an environment where allergens are present and we cannot promise an entirely allergen-free environment. Do not rely solely on general website descriptions when making an allergy-related decision.

7. Newsletter communications

We send marketing messages only where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using an unsubscribe method included in a message. Service communications about a reservation are not marketing.

8. Intellectual property

The Da Leone name, branding, website design, text, photographs and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Da Leone unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for personal use, but may not reproduce, publish, sell or commercially exploit its content without permission.

9. External links

The website may link to maps or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on the external site.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to applicable consumer law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use or temporary unavailability of this informational website.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information submitted through the website and reservation form.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, restaurant services or applicable law. The version published when you use the website applies to that use.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and protections available under the law of your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.
